Scheduling was very easy. The gentleman that came to perform the service was very professional and courteous of our space. The couch looks brand new and the area rugs and runners (5 years old) look new and vibrant. We have a smaller dog and it eliminated that “doggy” smell instantly. So today my car was stolen and I really needed a key, I was down out and broke and these people really worked with me and helped me.
